Janice is CEO of Access Sciences Corporation. Janice has more than 30 years experience in helping clients find, use, and manage their information resources. She is a recognized expert in the design, development, and implementation of all aspects of enterprise information and content management programs, including taxonomies, classification schemes, retention schedules, information management technologies, compliance, and program operations.

Janice founded Access Sciences Corporation in 1985. She is a recognized leader in professional organizations and speaks frequently on records and document management issues around the industry.

Anne Tülek

Anne is President of Access Sciences Corporation. Anne contributes to client projects as needed and appropriate as a principal consultant, quality assurance lead, and change management expert.

Steve Erickson

Steve is the Vice President of Professional Services for Access Sciences Corporation, and has overall responsibility for our client facing activities.   He has over thirty years of professional experience with enterprise-wide information management governance and technologies. Steve’s background includes leading corporate practice strategy activities; directing the successful integration of disparate information systems resulting from the merger of companies; and developing the underlying governance, organizational, and technology framework for clients’ information management programs.

Sondra Ludwick

Sondra is the Vice President of Corporate Services for Access Sciences Corporation. She has fifteen years of professional experience specializing in organizational design, communication planning, training design and development, and human resources. Sondra has experience working in various agencies and industries including oil and gas, natural resources, industrial products, and government. Her primary role at Access Sciences focuses on all facets of human resources, network infrastructure and facility management. Sondra is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Todd Brown

Todd is the Director of Business Development for Access Sciences Corporation.  He has 26 years of business development and management experience in professional services, technology and human resources.  Todd's background includes international company expansion into new markets, implementing growth strategies and successful business start-ups here in the U.S.  He has architected client solutions for Fortune 100 and 500 companies in retail, service, utilities, oil and gas, government, insurance and information technology markets.  Todd's strengths include public speaking, client development and management, marketing, business process outsourcing and quality assurance.

Brian Foster

Brian is the Director of Legal Business Consulting for Access Sciences Corporation. Brian has over 25 years experience in litigation support, project management, application delivery, and infrastructure management. He has proven expertise in designing and delivering litigation support projects to minimize client risk and cost. Brian managed the discovery processes for several multi-million dollar cases and several Department of Justice investigations. He has designed, delivered, and managed global infrastructure systems supporting a user base in excess of 100,000. Brian led the design and deployment of the first global distributed messaging system within a Fortune 25 Oil Company. Brian is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Glen Hilford

Glen is the Director of Technology Consulting Services at Access Sciences Corporation. Glen has more than 20 years experience as an information technology professional helping clients solve business problems at both enterprise and departmental levels. Glen has extensive experience with project and account management, requirements analysis, business process analysis and systems architecture design and reengineering. He is skilled at working with application integration and interface specification while achieving cost reduction and operational optimization. Glen has extensive experience in the petrochemical, transportation, utility, e-commerce and government fields.

Kathy Jordan

Kathy is the Director of ECRM Business Consulting at Access Sciences Corporation. Kathy has over ten years experience as an information management expert. She has led teams at numerous companies across many industries including engineering and energy, as well as state and federal government agencies. Kathy has experience in developing enterprise-wide functional classification schemes, retention schedules, indexing guidelines, metadata requirements and supporting corporate legal counsel departments.

John Rhoades

John Rhoades is the Director of Organization Transformation at Access Sciences Corporation. He has 14 years of experience leading change programs for both global and regional clients, preparing organizations for the implementation of large-scale information systems and records management programs. John currently serves Access Sciences and clients as an organizational leader, methods developer, program lead, program advisor, and quality assurance lead. Susan d’Herbes is a records and information management consultant and project manager with over 20 years experience in vendor relations, project management, and project life cycle task execution. Doug is a principal consultant with Access Sciences. Jesse Wilkins

Jesse is a principal consultant with Access Sciences Corporation. Jesse has more than twenty years experience in information technologies and more than twelve years experience designing, implementing, and supporting information management strategies, processes and solutions. Jesse is experienced at developing imaging strategies and processes for managing electronic records including email, instant messaging, and collaborative tools. He also designs and implements imaging systems and processes and information management strategies, and he has experience in developing and delivering technical training on information management strategies, technologies, and processes. Jesse has also published numerous articles and delivered more than one hundred presentations on information management topics.
