Sondra Ludwick

 

Sondra has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, and IT Systems. She is responsible for the strategic development of employee programs and the administrative infrastructure necessary to support the long-term growth and success of Access Sciences. Sondra’s primary role at Access Sciences focuses on People and Culture, Health and Retirement Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Risk Compliance.  Among Sondra’s management qualities is her deep commitment to working in a collaborative, transparent and inclusive manner, which allows her to build lasting relationships with employees and her peers
