In the early 1980s, Janice Anderson took her degree in library and information sciences and went to work for Brown & Root Engineering. She was charged with managing vast volumes of information for some of the world’s largest construction projects — on a global scale.
She quickly recognized that there was a better way for companies to manage and govern their information more effectively. So she did what many lack the courage to do on their own… She left to create something new. That’s how Access Sciences was born.
And for nearly four decades, we’ve enjoyed consistent success and growth by keeping one simple goal in front of us: taming information chaos to extract the most value from any client’s information assets. That goal, and that success, are the legacy of one very smart librarian.
Today, we combine our experience with strategy, business processes, technology, governance, and change management to create intelligent information management solutions and provide best-in-class managed services, with a focus on the midmarket, Global 2000, and large government agencies.
